Online Fitness Training Programs

The GFitness Programs are designed in a way to support you to achieve your specific long, medium and short-term goals. The programs vary and are divided into two categories:

  • Fitness Program for Business Professionals (tone up, fat loss, lean and strong) 
  • Performance Program for Recreational Athletes (athletic performance and fitness)

The minimum duration of these programs is 3 months

For you to get results it’s going to take some work on both of our parts. This doesn’t happen overnight. If you are not able to commit to at least 3 months of training, then those programs are not for you as I cannot guarantee results. 

If you don’t feel like you can commit for a 3-month period, I do offer 1-month Kick Start Programs instead.My approach to better fitness & health is based on highly credible and evidence-based principles for fitness and nutrition, that is fully client centred and outcome driven and offers personalised services and programs tailored to my client’s needs. 

The programs give you the freedom to workout anytime and anywhere they want. They are written to address your needs to make sure everything fits into their busy lifestyle. This becomes a big timer saver and a very cost-effective way to reach your fitness goals.

Customized Training Plans

Each training program comes with a monthly customized training plan that is designed for your specific needs and wants.

In general the Training Plans cater for the following 3 categories:

  • Home - Mobile - Travel Focused 
  • Tone Up and Fat Loss
  • Athletic Performance

Those training plans are delivered via a mobile Fitness app. You will be able to see your workouts for the week, see video instructions of the exercises, record your sessions, track progress, share your results, check in your workouts and much more.

You will get your own fitness app and training plan so you can access everything at anytime and anywhere whenever it works best for you.

You do not need a gym environment to workout out, hence those training plans work really nice for people without a gym access or for someone you travels a lot and who needs more flexibility for their workouts

Habit based Nutrition Coaching

As a Level 1 certified Precision Nutrition Coach, I offer you the possibility to go through a 12-month program that has been designed by Precision Nutrition experts and has helped nearly 100.000 people worldwide to get into their best shape ever and stay that way for good.

I am a big believer that lasting body transformations like these don’t come from dieting or hardcore fitness programs. They come from proven, research-driven methods that continue to work with tens of thousands of men and women of all shapes, sizes, and lifestyles.

And they happen when you have a world-class coach in your corner to keep you on track and guide you step-by-step toward total body transformation.

If you look for quick nutrition hacks, a magic diet or fat loss program to lose some weight quickly, I am sorry to disappoint you, but this does not apply to my philosophy to help people.

Beside the 12-month program, I do offer habit based nutrition coaching as part of my premium packages to help you integrate healthy eating habits that complement your fitness training to help you achieve your long term goals.

When I work with you, I factor in your fitness background, level of fitness, training history, fitness goals, lifestyle needs and circumstances to find the optimal balance for you.  Because as most of us are time starved, with busy lives, it's about integration training into life, so a smart approach is crucial to your overall success. Endurance Training Plan

A customised and dynamic Training plan based on your needs and wants, your skills, your fitness level and the time available to train. The goal is to make sure you arrive fit and fresh to your key events.

Strength Training Plan

A year long strength training plan that is specific to your performance goals and that allows you to incorporate strength training without you going to a gym or spent extra money on a personal trainer.

Self Assessments and Support

Via weekly self assessments you are able to provide feedback about your progress to allow me to keep track on how you are doing. I am your concierge and there for you if you struggle or need that extra support and motivation to get going

Performance Assessments and Tracking

Regular Performance Assessments to keep track on how your fitness is progressing. We use Heart Rate and Power Zones to make sure you train with the right intensity at the right time. Knowing when to go hard and when to go easy is critical in your success as an athlete.

Education Materials

You will get regular education materials around fitness, performance, nutrition and athletic lifestyle to help you become your own master, develop great habits and learn new skills as you go.

Race Specific Planning

I will help you with race planning and execution. Making sure you have everything dialled in and be prepared for your race as best as you can


Staying at the pulse of time is vital. Via an online training app you will get instant access to your training plan and your workouts. Upload your workout instantly from your device or log on to Swift or Trainer Road to execute the workout. It keeps you accountable and on track wherever you are.


I am available when you are stuck or needing some guidance. Communicating via E-Mail, Whats App or via the training app. All delivered workouts come with clear and easy to follow instructions, delivered to your phone, so you know exactly how to execute them.


All my plans are flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade or pause anytime you want. If you need to take a break and come back later, no problem. I have you covered.

Fitness and Nutrition KICK START Programs

The Kick Start programs are pecifically designed for people who do not want to commit for a long term fitness program yet but are eager to start making profound changes toward their fitness, health and nutrition goals. 

These 4 week programs are great for people who are not too clear about their goals, their intention and direction they want to go.

Whether it's purely nutrition or fitness and lifestyle related, those kick start programs are a great way to get started without taking too much risk.

Within those 4 weeks, I will help you to create awareness, clarity around your goals, help you become more accountable and help you to manage interference and possible obstacles that you face in life. 

By the end of the 4 weeks you will have a clear goal and action plan that you can then take an execute. You are most likely seeing some big changes as well and your motivation will be high to keep tackling those goals.

Those 4 weeks have a high focus on 1:1 mindset and motivation coaching and will get you ready to kick start your fitness, health and nutrition journey.

It seems clear when it comes to getting fit, improving your health or losing weight indeed whether accomplishing a specific level of athletic performance or competing to win, MINDSET is the most critical component.

As a certified Mindset and Motivation Coach, I can help you develop that winning mindset that is so critical in achieving your goals. This is especially helpful for people who have always struggled with motivation issues and staying committed in the long run.

Once you have developed a strong mindset, you are more likely to stay on track in the long run and are able to deal with obstacles and setbacks.

The best fitness program in the world does not help you, if you are not willing, able and ready to execute it and have the necessary motivation and confidence that you can do it.

The services included in each package vary and strongly depend on how much support, guidance and assistance someone needs. 
This is an overview of the services that I provide as part of my online coaching. 

Custom Program Design

Each fitness training program comes with monthly customized training plans that are designed for your specific needs and wants. Those training plans are delivered via my online fitness app. You will be able to see your workouts for the week, see video instructions of the exercises, record your sessions, track progress, share your results, check in your workouts and much more. You will get your own fitness app and training plan.

Body Analysis Assessments

This involves taking body measurements to assess your current weight, body fat and girth measurements to get a baseline from where we can start working on. On a continuous basis we track your progress to make sure you are on the right path.

Performance Assessments

If you have performance related goals we conduct certain performance tests (e.g. running or strength benchmarks). Based on that we can do re-assessments on a regular basis to track your progress.

Initial Consultation Session

Before I start building a training plan for you it’s essential and key for your long-term success to conduct an initial consultation and screening session to assess your current situation and your short, medium and long-term goals. This is an integral part of every package! Part of the initial consultation is also a movement screening and body analysis assessment.

Check-In Calls

Check-In calls are a great option to a 1:1 call with your coach where we usually talk about your training plan, the things that work well, things you struggle with and where you need specific guidance and help. These calls are a great way to keep you accountable, raise your awareness and help you to take action to bring you closer to your goals.

Habit Based Nutrition

As a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach I do offer nutrition guidance. This is aimed to support you building good nutrition and eating habits. This does not include writing meal plans or providing you with specific diet related consultation. I am not a registered dietitian to do that, but I can help you to build healthy nutrition habits that will bring you success in the long run.

Goal and Action Planning

As part of the Initial Consultation Session where we sit down to discuss you short, medium and long term goals, we also design a specific action plan for you. This action and goal plan will help you to become accountable and take the action needed to achieve your goals and to stay on track.

Unlimited E-Mail Support

I provide unlimited E-Mail support to assist you, but this needs to be very specific and applies to certain rules, so I can provide the best possible service to my clients.

Mindset and Accountability

Lack of motivation, falling back into old habits, life interferences and obstacles are very common and normal things that we all face in our life. My role as a coach is to support and guide you through these situations. Especially when things are not going too well, it’s important to have a “partner” to help you navigate and get you back on track.
